Welcome to amvness #2! In honor of Halloween I have selected six especially spooky and a little strange amvs for the holiday.

What is an amv?

AMV stands for Anime Music Video.

In my opinion, a amv has three levels

Level 1 Posers
These are the crappy amvs with bad quality, timing, and clips. They use one clip for to long and are usually the ones with subtitles. Which distracts the eye from the amv. The most annoying ones are the one that are so bad but they have the most views on youtube.

Level 2 Joker
Better. They still have some issues with the previous level but I can actually watch them without laughing. (Unless they are already funny.)

Level 3 King

These are the top of the pile. These amv have the whole package, quality,sound, clips, timing, effects. There are two types of these amvs

Simple
This is as the tittle says, the simple amvs. They do not use a lot of flashy effects. They may just rely on good ol timing to keep the song fresh. These are one of my favorite type of amv's.

Flash.
Effects, effects,effects. These people are the masters of making scenes come alive from scratch. These are the most entertaining kind to watch. The artists usually stick together and make MEPS or take part in contests. I am also a fan of these amvs.

Oh and this didn't get mentioned in the previous journal. Beta's are unfinshed AMVs that are short. Most run around :30 seconds.
